Personal Training for $29 per hour!

The key to losing weight is adherence to a nutrition and exercise program that is designed for the individual.  

At Sweat PTS, we really care about our clients and want them to achieve their fitness goals. 

We are now offering a great program that makes the cost of personal training a little bit easier on the pocket book.

                      

Here’s how it works:

Step 1:  Show your commitment to the program

·         You commit to 1 month of Personal training

Step 2:  Set the schedule

·         You chose the day(s) and time(s) of the week that you would like to train

Step 3:  Come to the session ready to learn and work hard!

Required by last day of the prior month (Check or Cash only)

3-4 participants

Cancellation

There are no cancellation or rescheduling allowed for any reason

Commitment

To receive the $29 rate you must commit to training at least once a week, for at least 1 month
