Length of Sessions:  Sessions will last 60 minutes.  With the last 5 minutes being used for session wrap-up, homework assignment (if applicable) and session sign-off.

Payment:  Payment is to be made in advance of sessions and should be in the form of check or cash.  (Credit cards are not accepted at this time)

Packages:  Must be paid in full prior to participation of first class.  Package discounts are based on training at least once a week.

Refund Policy:  Refunds are not offered.

Tardiness:  Clients are encouraged to be prompt. If you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your session.

Individual, Duet, Trio Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of Sessions:  Twelve (12) hour cancellation notice, by phone, is required for rescheduling or canceling of Sessions.  Any and all cancellations with less than twelve (12) hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund. 

In the event that a partner(s) in a Duet or Trio does not show or cancels with less notice than the 12 hours required, the lesson will remain payable as scheduled for all parties involved.  If a partner(s) on a Duet or Trio cancels with enough notice, the remaining client(s) will be notified and given the options of taking the session at the higher rate (that of a private or duet respectively) or rescheduling the session.
