Owner and 22-year personal trainer Joan Lindley says, “My mission was to create a place where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable training. Clients are not only taught what to do, but why they need to do it.”

At Sweat we offer a wide range of training programs designed to meet each client’s individual needs and budget.  Train as an individual or get a group of friends together and train in small groups of 2 or 3.  Can’t make it into the studio?  Sweat will be offering on-line personal training soon!
